Industrial Areas We Cover in Selangor
Being based here matters for practical reasons more than sentimental ones. A site survey in Shah Alam or Bangi can usually be arranged within days rather than planned around travel. Crews and equipment are already in the state, so a weekend shutdown does not carry mobilisation time at both ends. And after thirty years working the same industrial estates, our supervisors know which loading bays flood, which parks have height restrictions at the entrance, and which management offices need two weeks of notice before a crane can come through the gate.
Selangor holds the densest concentration of manufacturing in Malaysia, and the machinery in each part of it tends to be different. These are the areas we work in most often.

Shah Alam
The industrial sections, principally Seksyen 15, 16, 19, 22, 23, 26 and 27, plus the Hicom Glenmarie corridor. Heavy automotive and component manufacturing, press lines, and a lot of older plants where the building went up around the machine.

Klang and Port Klang
Bukit Raja, Kapar, Meru and the Pulau Indah industrial park. Port proximity means a high share of our Klang work is machinery arriving from or leaving for overseas, which usually brings export packing and crating into the same project.

Bangi and Kajang
Kawasan Perindustrian Bangi and the Bukit Angkat estate where we are based. Mixed manufacturing, pharmaceutical and electronics, with a good deal of laboratory and clean area equipment alongside production machinery.

Puchong and Seri Kembangan
Taman Perindustrian Puchong and the surrounding light industrial parks. Smaller units, tighter access, and a lot of single machine moves rather than whole plant relocations.

Subang and Petaling Jaya
Subang Hi Tech, Glenmarie, and the older PJ industrial sections including Seksyen 13 and 51A. Precision engineering and electronics, with the access constraints that come from decades of commercial development growing up around industrial lots.

Sungai Buloh, Rawang and Serendah
Newer parks with better access, further from the centre, and increasingly where manufacturers move to when they outgrow a Klang Valley site. A good share of our factory relocation work runs in this direction.

Semenyih, Beranang and Telok Panglima Garang
Heavier and more spread out, with the kind of yard space that makes crane work straightforward.

Most Selangor projects combine two or three of these. A plant moving from Shah Alam to Rawang needs machinery moving and factory relocation. A machine being sold to an overseas buyer from a Klang site needs moving, packing and crating.
Moving Machinery Around Selangor: Access and Route Notes
Selangor is well served by road, which makes the state easier to work in than most. The complications are local rather than regional.

Highway access is rarely the problem
The Federal Highway, NKVE, KESAS, LEKAS, ELITE and the Guthrie Corridor connect the main industrial areas well. Oversized loads still need the right permits and, above certain dimensions, escorts, and those need arranging in advance rather than on the day.

Older estates are the constraint
Shah Alam’s earlier sections and the PJ industrial areas were laid out before the machines got as large as they are now. Gate widths, turning circles inside the estate, and overhead cabling at the entrance cause more problems than anything on the highway. This is exactly what the site survey is for.

Traffic dictates the schedule
Twenty five kilometres from Kajang to Shah Alam is a different journey at six in the morning than at six in the evening. Heavy loads generally move at night or over weekends, and we plan around Klang Valley peak periods as a matter of course.

Port Klang runs on the port’s clock
Container collection and delivery windows, haulage availability and customs timing shape the schedule more than our own capacity does.

Check floor loading in newer parks
Some of the recent developments were built for logistics and light assembly rather than heavy machinery. A press that was fine in a 1990s Shah Alam building may need floor verification in a newer unit.
How We Work in Selangor
Being based in the state changes the practical shape of a project.

Surveys within days
Surveys are usually arranged within a few working days, and for most Selangor sites a supervisor can attend without it becoming a scheduled trip. We would rather see the machine and both routes than quote from a photograph, and being local makes that easy to do.

Same-day mobilisation
Mobilisation is same day for most of the state. Equipment does not travel overnight to reach site, so a Saturday morning start means a Saturday morning start.

Weekend and shutdown work
Most Selangor factory work happens outside production hours, and our scheduling assumes that rather than treating it as an exception.

Method statements and risk assessments are prepared for every project before crews mobilise, which is generally a condition of access on the larger sites in Shah Alam and Bangi.
